Yahli stores workspace members, financial records, uploaded files, settings and audit history to provide the service. Each authenticated workspace is isolated. Workspace admins can see their workspace data; the service owner can operate accounts and infrastructure but the product does not sell financial data.

Data is stored on Yahli's hosted server and its encrypted/controlled backups. Integration credentials are masked in browser responses and exports. You can export your workspace data from Settings and ask the service owner to delete the workspace. Operational logs intentionally avoid transaction descriptions and document contents.

המידע נשמר בשרת המאוחסן של יהלי ובגיבויים מבוקרים. פרטי חיבור רגישים מוסתרים בתשובות לדפדפן ובייצוא. ניתן לייצא את נתוני הסביבה דרך ההגדרות ולבקש מבעל השירות למחוק אותה. יומני התפעול אינם אמורים לכלול תיאורי עסקאות או תוכן מסמכים.
